How do I submit and see support tickets?
Designated
Support Contacts (DSC) may view ticket lists and submit new tickets from the My Area section of this site. You can
find My Area in the top menu.
If
you have any questions or concerns, please email bsicase@batchmaster.com or
call BatchMaster Support at (949) 835-3705, select option 1, and leave a
message.
