How do I submit and see support tickets?

How do I submit and see support tickets?


Designated Support Contacts (DSC) may view ticket lists and submit new tickets from the My Area section of this site. You can find My Area in the top menu.

All DSCs have received credentials to log into the current Support Portal at https://support.batchmaster.com.
