How do I reset my Support Portal access if I can't log in?

All Designated Support Contacts (DSCs) have been set up with credentials to access the Support Portal at https://support.batchmaster.com.

If you are a DSC and your credentials are not working, you may reset your password using Forgot Password? Reset. This link also is available from the Sign In screen. After completing the form, you'll be sent an email from support@batchmaster.com with reset instructions.

If you do not receive the reset email or have other issues resetting your password, please contact BatchMaster Support and a team member will assist:
